Run the inpatient clinical workflow in AndroHealth HIMS — care providers manage each admitted patient's EMR (summary, diagnosis, medication, daily progress, notes, DNR), and nurses work a To-Do list of orders.
AndroHealth runs the inpatient clinical workflow through two worklists: the IPD Worklist, where care providers manage each admitted patient's electronic medical record, and the Nursing Worklist, where nurses work a To-Do list of orders to administer.
Open the IPD Worklist from the IPD module. Each admitted patient appears as a card with quick-action icons that jump straight to the relevant form — for example, the medication icon opens the patient's medication orders.
A care provider clicks a patient to open the IPD EMR, which opens on the Summary.
From the EMR the provider can add a Diagnosis, place Medication orders, and record the patient's treatment / care plan.
The Daily Progress view tracks the patient day by day. The Administered popup shows the medication requests and what has been given.
Every action on the patient is captured in logs, viewable from Reports.
Use Progress Notes to document the patient's course; click add to open Add Progress Note. The Medication tab manages the patient's medication orders.
The EMR also covers Nursing Tasks and Transfer of Care for moving a patient between providers or departments.
Care providers can add a DNR order, and later renew or revoke it from the patient's EMR.
Nurses open the Nursing Worklist from the left menu and click a patient card to enter the Nurse EMR, which opens on the To-Do List.
From the To-Do list, the nurse selects an order to act on and records administration.
Care providers manage each admitted patient's EMR; nurses use the Nursing Worklist for orders.
Open the patient's IPD EMR and use Progress Notes → Add Progress Note.
The Nursing Worklist opens on a To-Do list of orders to administer.
