Organization Setup

Organization Overview

The Organization screen is the first screen you see after initial login. A master organization is pre-populated, and you complete the setup from here.

Navigation: Admin Console → Enterprise → Organization

Creating a Child Organization

1. Click the "New" button
2. Fill in the Basic Information:
   • Upload organization logo (max 5MB)
   • Code (auto-generate or enter manually)
   • Organization Name (English and Arabic)
   • Organization Type (Hospital, Clinic, etc.)
   • Parent Organization (select from dropdown)
   • License Number
3. Configure NPHIES Details (if applicable):
   • CCHI ID
   • NPHIES credentials
4. Enter Tax Details:
   • Tax Registration Number
   • Tax ID
5. Complete Address Details:
   • Building number, street, area, city, state, postal code
   • Country (defaults to Saudi Arabia)
6. Set Contact Information:
   • Phone, mobile, email
7. Enable Integrations (toggles):
   • Mobile App
   • ERP
   • NPHIES
8. Click "Save"

Managing Organizations

From the organization list screen:

• Eye icon — View organization details (read-only)
• Pen icon — Edit organization details
• Details button — Additional functions and configuration

Holiday Configuration

In the organization details, you can configure holidays that affect appointment scheduling across all departments.
