Complete guide to registering new patients including all form sections, fields, and document uploads.
Navigation: Registration → OP Registration → Add Patient tab
The registration form is divided into the following sections:
Enable/disable notification preferences:
| Toggle | Description |
|---|---|
| VIP | Enable VIP status with VIP Type selection |
| Anonymous | Register as anonymous patient |
| Interpreter Required | Flag that patient needs interpreter |
| Blacklisted | Mark with reason |
| Consent | Indicate consent has been given |
Two options:
Add additional identification: National ID, Driving License, etc. with type, number, and date.
Upload patient documents by selecting type (ID, Insurance Card, etc.) and uploading the file.
Click "Save" to complete registration. The system navigates to the Patient Profile screen with 8 tabs for further management.
