First Login & Password Reset

First Login

When your account is created by the administrator, you will receive an email with your username and temporary password.

Steps to Log In

1. Open the AndroHealth login page in your browser
2. Enter the username and password from the email you received
3. Click "Login"
4. The system will navigate you to the Reset Password screen

Reset Password

On first login, you must change your temporary password:

1. Enter your Current Password (the one from the email)
2. Enter a New Password
3. Confirm the new password
4. Click "Confirm"

A confirmation message will appear. Click the button to return to the login screen and log in with your new password.

Session Expiration

The system automatically locks after 10 minutes of inactivity. When this happens:

• A PIN prompt appears
• Enter your PIN (default: 1111) to resume your session
• You can change your PIN from Profile Setting → Change PIN

Change Password Later

To change your password at any time:

1. Hover over your profile picture in the top-right corner
2. Select "Profile Setting"
3. Click "Change Password" from the left sub-menu
4. Enter current password, new password, and confirm
5. Click "Confirm"
